We are looking for an outgoing experienced, hardworking Catering Manager to join our friendly team. You will need to be flexible and committed, providing training and supervision to ensure that a high standard of service is delivered to our customers.One day at the weekend is to be covered.
To ensure the effective running of all the food establishments in the Park throughout the day
To motivate and guide the Team Leaders within each section, to ensure that all employees are working to the best of their abilities
To evaluate each employee within the catering department, to ensure that they are given positions to which they are most suited and adapted to
To continually monitor the suppliers of food products, to ensure that Twinlakes are stocking the best and most cost effective products.
To develop and draw up interesting menu’s for each eating establishment, with attention to whether such menu’s would be workable and feasible
To calculate the correct costing for each food product/menu
To be aware of eating trend/habits and making adjustments to the menu where necessary
To develop good relations with suppliers and ensure the best discount as possible
To be aware of the stock levels, and re-order goods when necessary
To ensure all stock arrives in time for use, and is stored correctly
To carry out other duties as required from time to time.
