for only a few extra pounds, when done on the day at the entrance kiosk!!

We're here to make sure you have a day full of fun and excitement so feel free to ask for help from any of our Rangers. To help you enjoy your day out at Twinlakes even more we have the following guidelines and helpful hints.
Twinlakes accepts no responsibility for possessions.
No loose articles (sunglasses, hats, cameras, bags, etc.) are permitted on Rides and Slides. Please leave them with a colleague. You may not leave them at the loading area of the attraction or waiting area.
Footwear must be removed in certain areas please consult safety notices or the Rangers for information.
You are advised to remove glasses whilst in the ball pools and on slides.
Please respect fellow Twinlakes guests by waiting your turn. Cutting in, line jumping or disruptive conduct is not permitted and may lead to ejection from Twinlakes.
Please read all safety notices before participating in any ride or attraction.
On any attraction, ride, café, shop or inside any building. Cigarette ends dropped in the park are unsightly and difficult to remove. Please dispose of them in the receptacles provided.
Please note height and safety requirements posted at each attraction for the benefit of our guests and employees. Twinlakes reserves the right to limit any guest from riding on any ride or participating in any attraction if we believe that attraction is not suitable for that guest.

As we are based in the countryside a couple of miles from Melton Mowbray town centre it is essential for your safety (due to the winding countryside roads) that you take the last leg of your journey by taxi and not by foot. An approximate cost from either the bus or train station is £5, and we can provide telephone numbers for local operators if you call our reception desk on 01664 567777

Skylink provide regular bus services from East Midlands Airport to and from the cities of Nottingham, Leicester and Derby and the towns of Loughborough, Swadlincote and Coalville. Whereas these buses unfortunately do not go direct to Twinlakes, they will take you to stations where further buses will. |
