For everybody's safety, restrictions and limitations apply in some areas. To comply with Health and Safety regulations we cannot bend the rules under any circumstances.

We're here to make sure you have a day full of fun and excitement so feel free to ask for help from any of our Rangers. To help you enjoy your day out at Twinlakes even more we have the following guidelines and helpful hints. 

Personal Belongings

Twinlakes accepts no responsibility for possessions.
No loose articles (sunglasses, hats, cameras, bags, etc.) are permitted on Rides and Slides. Please leave them with a colleague. You may not leave them at the loading area of the attraction or waiting area.

Shoes

Footwear must be removed in certain areas please consult safety notices or the Rangers for information.

Spectacles

You are advised to remove glasses whilst in the ball pools and on slides.

Queue Jumping

Please respect fellow Twinlakes guests by waiting your turn. Cutting in, line jumping or disruptive conduct is not permitted and may lead to ejection from Twinlakes.

Safety First

Please read all safety notices before participating in any ride or attraction.

No Smoking

On any attraction, ride, café, shop or inside any building. Cigarette ends dropped in the park are unsightly and difficult to remove. Please dispose of them in the receptacles provided.

Height, Health & Safety Requirements

Please note height and safety requirements posted at each attraction for the benefit of our guests and employees. Twinlakes reserves the right to limit any guest from riding on any ride or participating in any attraction if we believe that attraction is not suitable for that guest.

Outdoor Play

The Bumper Boats, Rowing Boats and Pedal Boats No riders under 90cm, riders between 90cm and 1.4m must be accompanied by an adult and wear a life jacket

Indy Carts Children over 6 and under 14 years of age only

Mini Carts Children under 7 years old only

Dizzy Dune Buggies No riders under 90cm, riders between 90cm and 1.2m must be accompanied by an adult

Mini Coaster No riders under 90cm, riders between 90cm and 1.2m must be accompanied by adult

Icarus Sky Flyers No riders under 105cm, riders between 105cm and 1.2m must be accompanied by adult

Gladiators Galleon No riders under 1m, riders between 1.1m and 1.2m must be accompanied by adult

Buffalo Stampede No riders under 1m

Joust About No riders under 95cm

Indoor Play

The Labyrinth No Children under 90cm. Children between 90cm and 1.1m must be accompanied by adult in the play area

The Master Blaster (Buccaneers Island) No Children under 90cm

Tumblers Soft Play Children under 5 years old only

Shark Bite No riders under 1.m

Trauma Tower No riders under 1.1 m

Dolphin Bay Soft Play Children under 6 years old only

Spinning Barrels No riders under 80cm, riders between 80cm and 1.1m must be accompanied by adult.

Spinning Spiders No riders under 0.80cm. No riders over 1.4m

Bouncy Castle Buccaneers Children between 1.0m and 1.35m are permitted

Bouncy Castle Labyrinth Children less than 1.0m are permitted

Twinlakes Black Cannon Express (Train) No riders under 80cm, riders between 80cm and 1.1m must be accompanied by adult

Cherubs Soft Play Children under 90cm only

Big Cupids Play Palace Children under 1.25m only

Davy Jones Barrel Run No riders under 80 cm

Twinlakes reserve the right to change height restrictions, close the park or any attraction without prior notice.
