Assistant Operations Manager

To provide support to our Operations Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the park.
The successful applicant will share responsibility of park operations, they should be flexible and committed whilst consistently developing and improving operations procedures. Ideally have knowledge of H & S, COSHH and Risk Assessments.
You will need to possess a hands on management style, a flexible approach, coupled with excellent customer facing and motivational skills, flair, an outgoing personality with the ability to influence others and have a strong focus on delivering results.

Animal Farm Team Leader

We are looking for an outgoing hardworking member of staff to join our friendly team. Previous experience of Agricultural work required. Ideally hold a full driving licence and be able to drive a tractor.
Duties will include:-
General Care of the Farm and Small Animals in the Farm Park.
General maintenance around the Park and Farm.

Maintenance Engineer

The successful candidate will be working closely as part of a team tasked with ensuring that all items of equipment are maintained to the highest levels.
You will efficiently monitor and ensure that spare parts provisions are maintained to the required levels and ensure excellent communications are established and maintained with key client operational staff and all members of the maintenance team ensuring required performance is achieved and ensuring that Health and Safety monitoring, production and implementation of Safe Working Procedures are fully complied with. Additionally you will add value to the overall business by promoting systems enhancements and also planning/implementation of the same.

Gardener/Groundsperson

The successful applicant will have significant experience and will need to demonstrate the skills and vision to develop the future potential of the parks landscape.
The prime purpose of the post is to provide landscaping, grass cutting and groundsmanship duties to a high standard within the park.
The postholder will be competent to undertake a wide range of duties including the full utilisation of machinery and equipment required for the work.

Shop Manager

The sucessful applicant will have excellent organisational skills be a motivational Team Leader and be customer care focused.
Previous management experience in a similar environment would be beneficial.
You will be in charge of ordering products, keeping a record of sales, preparing inventory of stock and maintaining the best level of stock in the shop.
